Using this site
You may browse the site and use its educational materials for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit other people’s personal information without permission, or use its forms to send spam. You are responsible for the information you choose to submit.
Free resources and intellectual property
You may download, print and adapt our worksheets for your own learning, internal business work and individual client projects. You may share a link to the original resource. You may not sell, publicly redistribute or repackage our blank templates, articles or branding as your own product without written permission. Your own completed answers and original project work remain yours. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ terms.
Education, examples and results
Our content is general education and a starting point for your judgment. Examples, checklists and AI prompts may not fit every project. Verify facts, permissions and outputs before use. We do not promise revenue, conversions, employment, accessibility compliance or any particular outcome. These resources do not replace legal, tax, financial or other qualified professional advice.
Paid services, bookings and workshops
Service pages describe the offered scope and price. A free fit call does not purchase a service or reserve a paid workshop. The checkout or written service agreement must specify the applicable deliverables, payment schedule, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms before purchase. Those specific terms govern the engagement; these website terms do not add an undisclosed subscription, no-refund rule or cancellation fee. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. Ask support@waymaker.cx if any purchase terms are unclear.
Free event registration takes place on the linked organizer’s page. Check that page for the current date, format and attendance details. Listing an event does not itself register you.

Scheduling, payment, workshop and third-party tool sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability, features and prices may change. See our affiliate disclosure for commercial relationships.
