Free resources and worksheet answers
You can browse and download resources without an email address. Answers entered in our printable HTML worksheets are not submitted to us or saved by the worksheet. Print or save a PDF if you want to keep them. Saved or printed copies are under your control.
Email signup
If you enter your email and tick the consent box, our server sends your email address to MailerLite to add you to our newsletter group. We use it to send UX Design Coach updates and manage your subscription. MailerLite may apply email confirmation based on the list settings. Every marketing email provides an unsubscribe link. You can get the Starter Kit directly without joining the list.
Technical information and analytics
Our Railway hosting infrastructure processes request information such as IP address, browser and requested URL to deliver the site and protect it. The signup endpoint temporarily holds an IP-based request counter in server memory to limit abuse; the counter expires after ten minutes and is periodically cleared. The application does not log submitted email addresses.
When configured, Google Analytics measures site usage and may set analytics cookies or process online identifiers, page addresses, device and interaction information. Google signals and ad personalization are disabled. Do not put personal or confidential information in page URLs. You can restrict cookies in your browser or use browser privacy controls. Blocking analytics does not prevent direct resource downloads.
Bookings, purchases and events
Booking links open Waymaker’s Cal.com calendar. Payment links open checkout through Waymaker and Stripe. These providers process the details you enter under their policies; our static site does not collect card numbers. The organizer handles workshop registration on Waymaker. We may use contact, booking and purchase details received through these services to respond, schedule and deliver the service you requested.
Sharing and retention
We use service providers including Railway, MailerLite, Google, Cal.com and Stripe for the functions described above. Data may be processed outside your country. We do not sell your personal information or share it for others’ advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.
We retain subscription information while needed to operate the list, and unsubscribe or suppression records as needed to honor your choices. Service and transaction records may be retained for delivery, accounting, legal obligations and dispute handling. Retention depends on the purpose and provider; contact us for information about your records.
Your choices and contact
Unsubscribe through any marketing email. To request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email privacy@waymaker.cx and identify UX Design Coach. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights, including objection, portability or a complaint to your local privacy authority. We may need to verify a request before acting and retain information where required by law.
Children, security and updates
Our professional learning resources and services are intended for adults. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this page and its date when our practices change.
